Good Neighbor Policy
CMSI and the Brook Forest Community Association, Inc. want you to feel welcome in your community. To assist in this effort, we offer the following "Good Neighbor Policy" as a reminder of your rights and our joint responsibilities in maintaining a quality community. We hope it will help make our relationship a pleasant one.
CMSI and your Association Board of Directors will:
- Keep the park, pool and common areas neat, clean and in good repair so that you will be proud to live here.
- Publish and enforce reasonable rules for the protection of property values, the rights of individual residents, and to ensure that the community is enjoyable for all.
- Respond within 24 hours, whenever possible to calls, complaints, or concerns about community issues or property.
- Provide timely notification of assessment billing, rule changes, and meeting schedules.
Resident Agrees to:
- Have consideration for your neighbors by keeping the exterior of your home and lot in good repair.
- Understand and follow the deed restrictions, architectural guidelines, and facility use policies and educate family and guests to live by them.
- Notify manager of any maintenance needs, safety issues, or emergencies concerning amenities.
- Pay annual assessment promptly. Respond to correspondence in a timely manner.
